You can select our collection option at checkout, allowing you to collect your order at a time convenient for you.
You will receive a text confirmation when your order is ready. Please do not attempt to collect your order until you have received confirmation (as you must allow 1 working day for your order to be processed and made available). Please quote your order number to a member of staff.
Delivery
£15 local delivery fee applies in the following areas:
(AL7, AL8, AL9
CM16, CM17, CM18, CM19, CM20, IG8, IG9, IG10, EN1, EN2, EN3, EN4, EN5, EN6, EN7, EN8, EN9, EN10, N9, N14, N20, N21, SG10, SG11, SG12, SG13) - All orders over £250 qualify for FREE local delivery in areas listed. Deliveries are usually made within 1-3 working days.

Bonfire Night - orders must be placed prior to 28th October. Christmas Day - orders must be placed prior to 23rd December. New Years Eve - orders must be placed prior to 28th December. Click & Collect orders can still be placed. Alternatively, visit our showroom for In Store Shopping.
Whilst we make every effort to ensure our stock levels are accurate, on the rare occasion that we are out of stock of any ordered products, we will endeavour to call in advance of collection/delivery a suitable alternative.
Please Remember: The person collecting your order or accepting delivery must be 18+ (with photo ID if they look 25 or under, as we have a ‘challenge 25’ policy to abide by UK laws).
